| This contract is formed by the following contractual documents, presented in descending order of authority: these conditions; the order form. In case of contradiction between the provisions contained in these 2 documents, the document above prevails. |
| Entry into force - time |

| These conditions come into force on the date of signing the purchase order. These conditions are concluded for the time necessary for the provision of goods and services made until all due guarantees by the company. |

| The delivery delay includes, assembly of the vehicle, preparation, inspection, getting the necessary documents for registration in the destination country, preparation for transportation and the actual delivery time. The delivery time depends on the destination country but no more than 15 days. In case the delivery time is greater than 15 days, we will inform "The Customer" about this delay and "The Customer" is entitled to cancel the order and get a full refund. We can use several delivery companies, depending on destination country, number of orders in the destination country, the needs of our company and the constraints that we might have. The delivery fees are calculated as follows: - To order a single motorcycle the costs of delivery are: € 126.00 - To order of the two motorcycle the costs of delivery: € 219.00 - To order 3 or more motorcycle the delivery is free "The Company" shall not be responsible for any delays caused by inclement weather, it suppliers or any other factor beyond its reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded as forces beyond reasonable control. * Act of God * Flood, tempest, fire or accident. * War, threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition. * Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary or local authority. * Import or export regulations or embargo. * Lock out, strikes or other industrial actions on trade disputes. * Difficulties in obtaining labor, fuel, parts, raw materials or machinery. * Breakdown of machinery or power failure. * Failure by the person to collect the goods or to provide safe and /or adequate storage conditions at the delivery site. |

| Payment must be made in full before dispatch by means of bank transfer. Time for payment shall be of the essence and any failure to pay shall entitle "The Company" at his option to treat the contract as repudiated by "The Customer", to delay delivery until paid. | Prices and orders | ||||||

| All prices are quoted in Euros and they included VAT. The VAT is payable in the destination country at the tax rate of the respective country. The delivery costs are added to the total value of the order when "The Customer" places an order. While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors can occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped. We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can process your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you can order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is there a binding contract created between us. Please also note while we endeavor to supply the color ordered we reserve the right to supply other colors unless specifically stated otherwise. In the event of your chosen color not being in stock we will contact you and make sure that the replacement color is satisfactory. |

| "The Customer" has the right to cancel the order at any given time prior to dispatch by "The Company".
If payment has been received by "The Company", a full refund will be issued to "The Customer". "The Customer" can not cancel the order after the vehicle has been dispatched by "The Company". |
| P.D.I (Pre Delivery Inspection) | ||

| Full warranties are only applicable if a P.D.I. (Pre-Delivery Inspection) is carried out either by ourselves or a reputable Dealer / VAT registered mechanic. Therefore, you must either purchase the machine fully assembled from us (which includes a full P.D.I. or you can purchase in a crated form (some assembly required) and have a local Dealer/ VAT registered mechanic assemble and P.D.I. for you. In the case of the latter and in the event of a later claim, proof of the P.D.I. will be required. |

| "The Customer's sole and exclusive warranty, if any, is that provided by the product's manufacturer. "The Company" makes no expressed or implied warranties. "The Company" hereby disclaims all expressed or implied warranties, whether implied by operation of law or otherwise, including, without limitation, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness or fitness for a particular purpose. |
